REGIONAL BUSINESS CENTRE: The Regional Business Centre's mandate is to be the first point of contact for any new or existing business requiring assistance of any kind. Through consultation, analysis, education and referral they assist thousands of businesses every year.

 

GEZHTOOJIG EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING: Gezhtoojig Employment and Training is a circle of Aboriginal people with a vision of self-determination, will foster and direct Employment, Training and Business Development initiatives. They will strive to enhance and develop community based Employment, Training and Business Development for the betterment of Aboriginal people based on the Cultural teaching.

 

MINISTRY OF NORTHERN DEVELOPMENT AND MINES (MNDM): The Ministry of Northern Development and Mines is the only regional ministry within the Ontario government and plays a central role in northern affairs. They offer a number of services in the region, including business support such as consulting, small business enterprise centres and more.
